The sun, it shines
The sun
Shines, while yesterday
The bird, the small bird
The small white bird
Flying horizontal, skimming the fjord
From seven feet, skimming the fjord
dropped to the water
Dove from the sky
Plummeted to the water
Broke the surface
Rose victorious
With something, something small
Rose into the air
Victorious, a flash of life
A flash of death for some being unseen
In its talons, some being unseen
Breakfast and breakfasted upon
Point of view
Should be taken into account
Considered, matters
For a bird, sky is life
For a fish, water is life
And for us?
For us, what is life?
Dear one, I ask, for us, today
What is life?
